AI Model Integration

HyperFlow integrates with external AI model providers such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, and Anthropic to offer services based on LLM workflows, RAG (retrieval-augmented generation), and multi-agent orchestration.

  • When using AI nodes such as “Call LLM” or “Multi-Agent Analysis,” input data (text, prompts, attachments, etc.) may be transmitted to the respective third-party providers.
  • Using these services directly is considered consent for the transfer and processing of your data in accordance with the privacy policies of the respective providers.
  • HyperFlow provides functionality to select the AI model/provider you wish to use, subject to availability.

  • Corporate Transactions: In the context of mergers, acquisitions, or asset transfers, under confidentiality agreements

All subprocessors are bound by strict data protection agreements.

  • Encryption at Rest: Account information, workflows, knowledge assets, execution logs, and other data are securely stored using strong encryption algorithms.
  • Access Control: Internal systems are operated based on strict authentication and authorization management.
  • Auditing and Monitoring: Regular system audits, penetration tests, and anomaly detection are conducted.
  • Environment Isolation: Workflow execution environments are logically separated to ensure security and stability.

While we strive to maintain the highest level of security, no system can be completely free from risk. Users are also expected to follow security best practices.
